Doctor Who and The End of Nothing
June 2013
Production has begun on a fan series entitled "Doctor Who and The End of Nothing." Produced by Chaos Theory Films, Lara Fury is playing the Doctor in a loving homage to the original Doctor Who series. From the Chaos Theory Films website: "The Doctor and her companion travel to Earth for a Victorian Christmas party, but instead of plum pudding and carols, they discover that local townsfolk and members of their host's household have been vanishing into the cold winter night. The Doctor will be pushed to the very limit to defend them all from a threat she has never encountered before, discover its sinister origin, and still have time for a cup of tea." It is a pilot episode for the webseries, consisting of one episode in 4 15 minute segments, similar to the episodic nature of the original series.
The New England Pirate Faire

Lara Fury is reprising her role as Anne Bonny for the New England Pirate Faire held in Salem, MA. After a nearly seven year absence, she is thrilled to once again be working with Pastimes Entertainment on this wonderful show. The story centers around a magic diamond, a young girl who turns out to be a fantastic detective, and a bevy of wicked and wonderful pirates. In May of 2013, Lara and Daniel Fury launched their own film company, Chaos Theory Films, and have begun production on two webseries, and several other projects. With the intention of creating fun, action oriented entertainment, Chaos Theory Films continues where Daniel Fury's theatrical company "Suit of Sables Theatre" left off. A spiritual successor to his shows like "Demonslayers," "The Wizard of Elderwood" and "The Young Blade," Chaos Theory Films utilizes Black Cat Stunt Productions to bring exciting and magical stories to a larger audience.
